Challenge
Many local MSMEs face challenges in navigating the digital landscape: limited marketing budgets, delayed lead response, and the burden of juggling multiple sales platforms. These issues often hold them back from scaling effectively.
As an eCommerce enabler, SIRCLO supports MSMEs through tailored digital training and tools that simplify operations, boost visibility, and help them compete in an increasingly online market.
Solution
To address the real challenges faced by MSMEs, SIRCLO launched Panen Omset in 2022—not just as a training program, but as a movement to equip local brands with the skills, tools, and confidence to thrive in the digital economy.
Through a mix of hands-on workshops, digital mentoring, and community-driven activities, Panen Omset helps business owners simplify online operations, manage multiple platforms, and respond to market demands faster.
Participants gain access to tools like SWIFT Hub, live shopping strategies, content marketing, and even legal knowledge—everything designed to turn knowledge into action. The program’s flagship event, LokaLokal, gives MSMEs the chance to step offline, connect directly with customers, and grow their brand visibility in real markets.
Result
Panen Omset attracted over 3,500 registrants and curated 800+ participants across 20+ cities. The inclusion of LokaLokal empowered MSMEs to gain visibility, increase sales, and build community ties, contributing to the revitalization of local economies and sustainable business growth.

"“Previously i really struggled with time management, since our products are all handmade. However, in this program i learn many things that can help me getting through the challenges, also gain more networks so that i can do business collaborations with other brands." – Vashty Armila, Founder HOOK.
